Over The Edge is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Virginia's annual fundraiser where people from the community rappel down one of the tallest buildings the Roanoke Valley -- The Higher Education Center. Over The Edge has raised nearly $400,000 since it's beginning in 2014. Because of Over The Edge, more Bigs (volunteer adults) and Littles (children) can be paired up in a match, more friendships can be created and improved outlooks on life can be started.
