Give the gifts of mentoring this holiday season!

We have good news. We’ve matched more than 150 at-risk children with a caring, stable adult mentor in 2018.  That’s 150 more children who will be receiving the meaningful, far-reaching gifts of mentoring.

We don’t want to stop there. We want to match 20 more children before the end of the year, and we need your help to raise the $20,000 that will get us there. When you give, you’re providing a child with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty – tools they can’t get from your average holiday present. Here are just a few of the vitally important gifts a child receives when they are matched with a mentor:

Encouragement. Last year, 82% of Littles maintained or improved their grades.

Trust. 84% maintained or improved feelings of parental trust.

Goals. 76% maintained or improved educational expectations.

Friendship. 95% maintained or improved feelings of social acceptance.

Confidence. 97% maintained or improved attitudes toward risky behavior.

Community. 66% of adult program alumni donate their time to their community.

Consistency. 90% say their Big provided stability when they needed it.

Thank you for giving a gift that lasts a lifetime.
