Bowl for Kids' Sake is Big Brothers Big Sisters largest national fundraiser, raising over $20 million annually for children in need across the country. Because of Bowl for Kids' Sake, more Bigs and Littles can be paired up, more friendships can be created and improved outlooks on life can be started.

This year's theme is "UNDER THE BIG TOP" and the event is being held on Saturday, March 28th, 2020 at Petro Bowl in Lake Charles.  Over 100 teams will show their unique and marvelous bowling skills while celebrating our mentoring mission in SWLA. 

We will have split-the-pot raffle tickets for sale each one-hour bowling session, numerous raffle prizes, food, fun and beer.  Along with our celebrity MC's, this year's Bowl For Kids' Sake will be FUN and FABULOUS for all who partake.  This is a family-friendly event, so bring the littles to share into the fun.  

Wear your best circus-themed costume or team T-shirt.  A photo booth will be available and thanks to our Photo Booth Sponsor AdSource Outdoor, your photos will be projected onto digital billboards around town, fun for your friends and family to see. Top eleven fundraisers will win prizes donated by Golden Nugget Lake Charles & L'Auberge Casino Resort, raffle items donated by Southwest Beverage Company, and chances to win incentive prizes at certain fundraising levels, so get to fundraising and you could be a winner. This year, we are also giving incentive prizes to those individuals who reach certain fundraising levels.

Bowl for Kids' Sake is a fun and easy way to positively impact a child's life. Just follow the simple steps below:

1. Start a team. Teams are formed with five or six members. Consider creating a team with family, friends, fraternity brothers, sorority sisters, or co-workers.
2. Start securing sponsorship. Most bowlers raise about $180, but many people raise over $1,000. What impact do you want to have?.
   The best part is that all of the event expenses are underwritten by our corporate sponsors. That means 100% of the money raised by bowlers goes directly towards supporting children served by Big Brothers Big Sisters in your community.
3. Start bowling. After you have secured your sponsorships, it's time to have fun! You'll receive two free games of bowling (shoe and ball rental included!), a Bowl for Kids' Sake t-shirt, food, drinks, chances to win door prizes!
